UAE Warriors MMA Championship Set for Spectacular 64th Edition in Abu Dhabi The organising committee of the UAE Warriors mixed martial arts (MMA) championship has revealed details for the highly anticipated 64th international edition of the tournament, taking place on 22nd October at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) during Abu Dhabi Showdown Week. This exceptional event is set to feature fast-paced action as three championship titles will be contested in a single night. A lineup of elite fighters from across the globe will battle for supremacy. In the main event, Russia’s Amru Magomedov will square off against Armenia’s Martun Mezhlumyan for the lightweight title. In the second main event, the flyweight title will be in contention as Somalia’s Muhidin Abubakar faces Brazil’s Iago Ribeiro. The third headline bout sees Azerbaijan’s Asaf Chopurov go head-to-head with Angola’s Demarte Pena for the bantamweight championship. Fouad Darwish, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Palms Sports and the President of UAE Warriors MMA, emphasised the occasion’s importance, highlighting that the 64th international edition is particularly significant. For the first time in many years, three titles will be up for grabs in one night, making this one of the strongest editions in the history of the championship. Darwish noted that the event’s inclusion in Abu Dhabi Showdown Week further solidifies the capital’s position as a global destination and international hub for mixed martial arts. Team V.4-EM-UAE
