Registration Opens for Sixth Edition of Dubai Ride, Presented by DP World Registration is now open for the sixth edition of Dubai Ride, scheduled for 2nd November 2025. The popular cycling event, part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, will once again transform the heart of the city, welcoming thousands of cyclists of all ages and abilities to take over the streets. Participants will have the chance to cycle past some of Dubai’s iconic landmarks including the Museum of the Future, Dubai Water Canal, and the world-famous Burj Khalifa. Riders can select between a 12km route along Sheikh Zayed Road and a 4km family loop winding through Downtown Dubai. The event is committed to inclusivity, providing dedicated access for People of Determination with options for hand cycles, tandem, and adapted bikes. For advanced cyclists, the Dubai Ride Speed Laps return on the 12km course. This exclusive element requires participants to maintain a minimum speed of 30km/h and use a racer bike, with registration for Speed Laps opening on 6th October. “Since its inaugural edition, Dubai Ride has seen an impressive 85 percent increase in participation – a testament to the growing enthusiasm for active living across the city,” said Saeed Hareb, Secretary-General of Dubai Sports Council. Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, emphasized the event’s role in demonstrating that “sport and fitness can unite people of all ages and abilities.” Abdulla bin Damithan, CEO and Managing Director of DP World GCC, added, “Dubai Ride is a celebration of health, community and the spirit of our city.
