Gulf Cup U-17: Organizing Committee Announces Start of Ticket Sales
The Local Organizing Committee for the upcoming 2025 Gulf Cup U-17 has officially announced the launch of ticket sales for the highly anticipated youth tournament, which will take place in Qatar from September 20 to October 3.
In a press statement, Jassim Sultan Al Rumaihi, Secretary-General of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation, underscored the significance of the event, positioning it as part of the Federation’s broader commitment to nurturing and developing emerging and young football talent across the Arabian Gulf region.
Looking ahead to the inaugural kickoff, Al Rumaihi emphasized that the Gulf Cup U-17 adds to the prestigious heritage of the Gulf Cup, widely recognized as the most esteemed sporting event in the region. He also extended a warm invitation for fans to join in and help inspire the next generation of football stars by rallying behind their national youth teams.
The tournament will feature 15 matches played at two key venues: the Grand Hamad Stadium and the Suhaim Bin Hamad Stadium. Both locations are praised for their accessibility, including measures that ensure a comfortable and inclusive matchday experience for fans with disabilities.
A total of eight teams will compete, divided into two groups. Group A comprises Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Yemen, while Group B features Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
The 2025 Gulf Cup U-17 promises to be a showcase of raw talent, sportsmanship, and regional unity, setting a vibrant stage for young athletes to shine on an international platform.
