In the group’s other fixture, Australia delivered a dominant performance, overpowering Mongolia with an emphatic 8-1 victory, placing them at the top of the Group A standings on goal difference ahead of Kuwait. The competition continues with the second round of matches scheduled next. Australia will face India at 4:00 p.m., while Kuwait takes on Mongolia at 8:00 p.m., as they aim to build on their strong start and strengthen their chances of qualification for the continental tournament.
