World No. 1 Agustín Tapia of Argentina, pairing with Spanish star Artur Cuello, displayed his trademark power and precision, dominating their match with tactical brilliance. In an unexpected twist, the Spanish duo Pablo Rodrigo and David Gala pulled off a 2-1 upset against their Argentine counterparts Martín de Nino and Leandro Ogsburger, thrilling the crowd with their composure and aggressive court control.
