As a team, we also engage in a lot of community service, working with the Help Center, a private non-profit center that aims to serve, care for, and elevate people with intellectual disabilities, as well as the Institute for the Deaf and Mute in Jeddah. I believe in the philosophy of “lead by example,” as younger athletes who feel connected to their coaches are more likely to aspire to follow in their footsteps. This principle is how I continue to lead my coaching career, fostering a supportive and motivated environment for everyone involved.
