Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan Visits ADIHEX 2025, Highlights Role of Sports and Heritage
ABU DHABI, 3rd September, 2025 – H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, has visited the 22nd edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2025), taking time to explore a number of local and international pavilions.
During his tour, Sheikh Nahyan stopped at the Abu Dhabi Sports Council pavilion, where he commended the initiatives and programmes being showcased. He also praised the council’s efforts in promoting sports as a key pillar of Abu Dhabi’s development.
Sheikh Nahyan expressed his admiration for the organisers, and emphasised the event’s role in “raising awareness on the importance of heritage sports, while preserving authentic Emirati customs.”
The ADIHEX 2025 continues to stand as a platform for connecting tradition with modern sporting achievements, fostering appreciation for both heritage and innovation in the region.
