Royal Endurance Team Clinches Silver and Bronze at FEI World Championship In a prestigious celebration, the awarding ceremony for the top three finishers of the FEI World Championship for Young Riders and Juniors took place in Romania, honoring the endurance athletes who braved the grueling 120-kilometer race. The festive event welcomed delegations from all participating nations and officials from the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI). The Royal Endurance Team delivered an impressive performance, securing two podium positions. Saud Mubarak Sabt earned the silver medal with a powerful second-place finish, while Isa Al Enezi followed closely to take bronze, placing third. The gold medal was awarded to Emirati rider Rashid Mohammed, who outpaced the international field. Team members expressed their appreciation for His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and Captain of the Royal Endurance Team, citing his “constant support” as a key driver in their success. “Securing second place is a source of great happiness,” said Saud Sabt, noting that the result was “the result of teamwork and the continuous support of the team, which motivates them to aim for greater accomplishments in future competitions.” Isa Al Enezi described the race as challenging, stating, “despite the difficulty, the team delivered strong performances.” He added that the moment would “serve as an incentive ahead of upcoming championships.” The championship brought together 84 riders from around the world, including strong equestrian nations such as France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Romania, Australia, the United States, Malaysia, Switzerland, Poland, and Tunisia.
