“This is such a proud moment for myself and all of the staff at Brighton College Al Ain. The pupils worked incredibly hard, supported one another throughout, and showed real character on some of the toughest courses in golf.”

“The organisation of the event by WSG was impeccable, and it was fantastic to have so many supporters from the College watching on the live stream. Seeing the pupils lift the trophy together was very special and a real highlight of my career so far.”

Year 9 pupil, Summer Langford, commented:

“To play on some of the best courses in the world is something I will never forget. To then finish the week with an overall team win for Brighton College Al Ain as well as an individual victory was just the best feeling.

”Year 7 pupil, Louis Keddie, added: “I’m only 11, so this was my first major competition and I’m so happy it was in my family’s home country of Scotland. The UAE has been my home for 10 years now and I am so proud to be bringing the trophy back to Brighton College Al Ain.”

”The championship also featured new additions that made the event all the more special.
