Bahrain Bourse Renews Partnership with Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club for 2025/2026 Season

In a continued effort to support the development of horse racing in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Bahrain Bourse has renewed its partnership with the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC), signing a silver sponsorship agreement for the 2025 / 2026 season. This strategic cooperation aims to strengthen collaboration between the two entities and further boost the growth of the horse racing sector across the country.

The agreement was formally signed between Marwa Al Maskati, Senior Director of Partnership Development, Sustainability & Communications at Bahrain Bourse, and Fatema Al Balooshi, Chief of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at REHC.

As part of the sponsorship package, Bahrain Bourse will lend its name to a local race, scheduled to coincide with the hosting of its major annual event, ‘The Market 2.0’ conference. In addition, it will also sponsor one of the premier races during the Bahrain Turf Series race day, a key event on the national equestrian calendar.

Speaking on the occasion, Marwa Al Maskati stated:

“The renewed sponsorship reflects Bahrain Bourse’s commitment to supporting sporting initiatives and events, which are experiencing significant development locally and internationally, and which highlights the Kingdom of Bahrain’s prestigious standing and enhances its global presence.”

From the REHC side, Fatema Al Balooshi added:
